Refund policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel at any time.

To cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so anytime by following the link in your order confirmation email, where you can manage your subscription directly. For more details on returns and refunds, please refer to our returns policy.

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@cornerstonewellnessmd.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@cornerstonewellnessmd.com.
